Fantastic service! I’ve definitely found my go-to tire shop. I came in with a flat from the most enormous nail ever, and the team was incredibly helpful, they tried to patch it but the damage was too severe. Thankfully I had previously replaced all four tires with Les Schwab and the warranty covered it. They even went out of their way to help me find the warranty since I replaced the tires under my old phone number. The customer service was awesome, the woman at the front counter (brunette young gal with glasses- wish I had caught her name- thank you!) was especially kind and helpful. The technicians were thorough and kept me updated with time estimates for the repair, even as a walk-in. The whole process was smooth, was easily back on the road with a new tire. Highly recommend!

Today I had my second extremely positive experience with this Les Schwab. The first time I went here, I had a nail in my tire late in the evening and nobody else was open, or I was told that other places had no appointments. My experience with customer service was amazing- I was told to come right in and they would help me even though they were only open about 30~ minutes to my memory. Today I started my day with a dead car battery in the morning after my battery being tested at another car shop (competitor business) and them telling me everything was great. Needless to say, I was not going back there to get my battery replaced. Thankfully Les Schwab had an opening right after I was off work and it was the most pleasant, no hassle, no pressure experience I have had with a car service in a long time. It was pretty busy on a Saturday and I was out within an hour. The customer service here sets this place apart from any of the dozen places I have been for my car in the past. I genuinely thank Les Schwab for being so professional, respectful and kind. I will continue to use Les Schwab whenever my car needs servicing from now on. I was assisted by Ronald. Thank you!

I scheduled to have 4 new tires installed on my truck a week before. I called in to move appointment up a day to the 24th of February 2026. I was told the tire I ordered was not in but they would comp me to next tire. When I arrrived for my 8 am appointment I requested that the spare which was in the rear right position be swapped for the current old front driver side tire. Approximately 950 I was told the spare was changed and I was good to go. I went out and looked underneath and the spare had not been replaced. The same tire was on the spare wheel. I went inside and spoke with Jackalyn. She went out to speak with the crew. She told me the they said that 2 tires had nails in them so they didn't change it. She was the only person who apologized. My guess is they lied because they didn't think that a women 65+ would be getting on the ground to look underneath at the spare. I was very unhappy and rashly asked for another tire. Jay who was near by said he would go pick up the tire probably because I would have to wait an undetermined amount of time for the tire. He got back with tire in about 40 minutes. My car had a problem in the evening, and no other mechanic was willing to take it because it was close to closing time. I was far from home and worried about what to do, when I suddenly saw the Les Schwab Tire sign on the road. Even though it was almost time for them to close, they didn’t turn me away. They checked my car right away and told me to wait in the office,they would take care of everything. The team at this location was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They fixed my car perfectly and made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you so much for your excellent service and for being true professionals!

I came here since it was the closest Les Schwab to my dealership. I needed new tires since I wasn't about to pay over 1000.00 on new tires. They quoted me a good price. When I arrived I checked in and decided to purchase 4 new tires..I explained to the front desk I was needing the tires as soon as possible since I will be traveling out of town about 2 hours away. I waited from 2pm until 4:20pm. I expected to wait since I saw all the people in the waiting room when I arrived. When I left I was happy with the tires and was also advised the tires came with a 50,000 mile warranty for any issues the tires has. That left me with peace of mind. The tires didn't even last 20 miles. Now I'm stuck on the side of the road... Waiting for a tow.. if I didn't have AAA I don't know what I would've done. Im beyond livid...and I hope the next Les Schwab does better at checking the tires they are selling before installing them on people's cars. Update: AAA took over 3 hours to pick us up on the side of the highway. My family was in the car with me including my 2 year old daughter strapped to her car seat with us not being able to do anything. I ended up taking my car to another Les Schwab and they
